Refund Policy

We, at Adobe Customer Support Australia, take care of the packages of solutions by our customers through the specialists. We always strive for 100% guaranteed solutions and satisfied them with our solutions provided to them. But if sometimes things go wrong or in the unlikely event relate the Adobe product services, we do have the refund policy to the customers as per rules.

There are some of the eligibility criteria for:

  •    If an issue is not resolved within the mentioned days, for the incident based plan only.

  •    You will be eligible for a full refund of the subscription-based plan if none of the issues are resolved within the mentioned date after registration.

  •    If one or more issues are resolved and the customers still want a refund of his/her amount before the time period defined in the agreement then, the partial refund will be done on resolved issues.
